摘要
依法治国的核心是依宪治国。宪法权威的确立有赖于宪法规范的稳定性和适应性的动态和谐。适时修改宪法是经济发展和社会进步的必然要求。我国现行宪法对财产权的保护存在着致命的缺陷。修宪建议从不同方面加强了对公民私人财产权的宪法保护 ,这将在更多地创造就业机会、更快地积累财富和保护人权。
Rule by constitution is the key to rule of law. The authority of the constitution lies in a good constitution which keeps a dynamic harmony in the stability and adaptability of its norms. It is an imperative demand to have the constitution amended at proper times. There exist some fatal defects in our living constitution. The amendment suggestions stress a stronger protection of the property right of the citizens in more than one aspect, which will give a great push to creating more employments, accumulating more wealth and the protection and development of human rights.
