摘要
对催化铁内电解法处理酸性橙Ⅱ废水进行了研究,考察了进水pH、搅拌速率、进水酸性橙Ⅱ浓度、铁铜比、支持电解质浓度、进水温度等因素对脱色效果的影响。在最优反应条件下,酸性橙Ⅱ的去除率大于98%,COD的去除率大于76%。催化铁内电解法对酸性橙Ⅱ的去除非常有效,且有较宽的pH适应范围。
The decolorization of orange Ⅱ containing wastewater by Fe - Cu internal electrolysis process has been studied. The effects of influent pH,stirring rate,influent concentration,ratio of Fe/Cu,electrolyte concentration, wastewater temperature etc were examined. In the optimum reaction conditions, the removal rates of orange Ⅱ and COD are over 98 % and 76 % respectively. The process is found to be quite effective in removing of orange Ⅱ from wastewater with a wide pH range.
