摘要
在偶氮二异丁腈的引发下,丙烯酸钠和N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮在羧甲基壳聚糖的分子链上接枝共聚,并加入N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺进行一定程度的交联,制得羧甲基壳聚糖接枝聚丙烯酸钠/乙烯基吡咯烷酮(CMCTS-g-(PAANa-co-PVP))高吸水性树脂。红外光谱表征证明了接枝共聚的发生。通过考察反应条件对产物吸水性能的影响,确定了制备具有最高吸水性能树脂的最优化反应条件,在此条件下制得的树脂的吸水倍率可达1320g/g以上,吸盐水倍率可达180g/g以上。采用TG法对产物的热稳定性进行了表征。
Sodium acrylate and N-vinylpyrrolidone were graft copolymerized onto chain of carboxymethyl chitosan and then crosslinked with N,N′-methylene diacrylamide.Reaction was initiated by azodiisobutyronitrile.CMCTS-g-(PAANa-co-PVP),a novel superabsorbent polymer,was prepared.The result of graft copolymerization was demonstrated by spectrum of FTIR.By studying equilibrium swelling ratio of polymer synthesized at different conditions,the optimum condition to synthesize the polymer with the highest swelling ratio was found.The polymer synthesized at this condition could absorb more than 1 320 g/g distilled water and more than 180 g/g normal saline.The thermal stability of product was studied by means of TG.
