摘要
中国加入世界贸易组织已经三年。入世对中国传媒业的契约压力变为现实挑战,我们已经顺利走出应对第一步。中国经济的腾飞,如广告业、汽车业、信息业、彩电业、印刷业、交通业、物流业、金融业的增长,为传媒业的发展提供了物质保障和技术支持。这三年,中国传媒业的新格局是中资传媒整合紧锣密鼓,转型改制力求做大做强,外资传媒进入得陇望蜀,传媒竞争浪潮风起云涌。中国传媒业拓展有着巨大的市场空间,以体制调整为核心的新一轮改革已经启动。由于政治文明建设提上日程,舆论监督、言论自由、信息公开等方面的突破,传媒内容也将有新的进步。中国传媒业的新发展正在到来,对新闻人才培养和新闻人力资源吸纳也提出了新的要求。
China has been a member of WTO for three years. The challenge on China's mass media and their allied communications industries has become more and more realistic. However, when confronted with the complicated world market, China's mass media rises magnificently. The booming Chinese economy ensures the mass media of technical supports and other material resources. In the past three years, China's mass media has shown some encouraging signs: the consolidation on Chinese owned media, the strong trend for ownership transformation, the foreign investment involvement, and the edges created by competition. Chinese media are exploring a considerable market with huge potential. The new ownership-focused transformation has gotten started. The media content has been improved while the political civilization, consensus supervision, freedom of speech, and information transparence are moving along. As the new development for mass media is coming, it also puts forward a new requirement for both the cultivation of talent journalists and the human resources of new blood.
