摘要
敏捷性评价是虚拟企业整个生命周期中事前决策、事中质量控制和事后绩效评价的基础,贯穿于创建、运行维护和解体整个生命周期。目前关于敏捷性评价的研究仅局限于定性分析,缺乏具体的量化方法。本文借鉴平衡记分卡思想,综合考虑企业的短期目标和长远战略,内部因素和外部因素,结果指标和过程指标,提出了一种基于平衡记分卡的虚拟企业敏捷性评价方法,并定义了平衡状态偏离度概念。
Agility evaluation is the base of decision before the event, control during the event and evaluation after the event; it exists during all the life period of VE. So far, the evaluation methods for agility aren?t quantitative. Based on the philosophy of balanced scorecard, considering short-term aims and long-term strategies, internal causes and external causes, resultant indexes and procedural indexes, in this paper, a balanced scorecard-based frame- work and method for agility evaluation of Virtual Enterprise are proposed, and the concept of balanced state deviation degree are defined.
