南阳凹陷保护油气层钻井完井液技术 被引量:1

摘要 南阳凹陷张店、东庄区块属于复杂断块油藏,储层特性非均性严重,为了提高开发效率,多以钻大斜 度井为主,如何搞好钻井液既满足钻井工程工要求又保护好油气层是本文要解决的关键问题。针对张店、东庄区 块的储层特征进行了潜在损害因素分析,分析结果表明,张店区块以水敏和碱敏为主,盐敏次之,东庄区块以碱敏 为主,水敏、盐次之。根据室内实验优选出相适应的钻井完井液体系,运用广普型屏蔽暂堵理论,优选出满足钻井 工程、地质录井和油层保护要求的暂堵液配方。经多口井现场实验,取得较好的油保效果。 Zhangdian and Dongzhuang blocks in Nanyang hollow zone are complex fault block reservoirs. Its heterogeneity is very serious. In order to improve the development efficiency, we focused on the high - angle drilling . The key problem is how to make drilling fluid quality meet the needs of drilling engineering and can protect the reservoir. According to the reservoir characteristics in Zhangdian and Dongzhuang blocks, we analysed the potential damage factors. From the analysis, we drew a conclusion that was the oil reservoir mainly consists of water - sensitive reservoir and base - sensitive reservoir and less salt - sensitive reservoir in Zhangdian block, and in Dongzhang block, there is more base - sensitive reservoirs and less water - sensitive and salt - sensitive reservoir. According to the laboratory experiments, we selected proper drilling fluid system. At the same time, using shielding temporary blocking theory selected the temporary blocking fluid formulation which could meet the needs of drilling engineering, geological logging and the reservoir protection. Through field test in many wells, the construction success ratio is 100%, the expanding ratio of borehole diameter is reduced by 30% and the ratio of the permeability restoring is over 90% . There is a good reservoir protection effect in all oil wells that have been put into production . Compared with the unprotected offset wells, the daily production of each well in Zhangdian is improved by 2.14 tons, and in Dongzhuang is improved by 1 to 2 tons. The drilling & completion fluid technology was applied in three e-valuation wells in Dongzhuang oilfield, the well test analysis shows their skin factor is 0.607, which proves the reservoir has little pollution and technology can meet the need of the reservoir protection.
