摘要 采用孔口封闭灌浆法进行高压帷幕灌浆时,对于浅层风化破碎岩体易产生多次劈裂而流失过多浆液造成浪费。为达到节约工程投资的目的,在富源县响水河水库除险加固高压帷幕灌浆试验研究课题中,对传统的孔口封闭灌浆工艺提出了改进措施,即增加地表常规低压灌浆的段次、加长孔口管的镶铸长度,并针对传统工艺和改进工艺进行了对比试验研究,结果表明:改进工艺的水泥耗量及工程费用均显著降低,且有利于环境保护,取得了满意的效果,其成果可供同类工程借鉴。 When the bore hole-top-enclosed grouting method is used to conduct high-pressure curtain grouting, shallow weathered broken rock is easy to be split, resulting in excessive grout loss. In order to save project cost, some measures for improving the conventional bore hole-top-enclosed grouting technology were put forward in the experimental study on the high-pressure curtain grouting for strengthening the Xiangshuihe reservoir in Fuyuan County, i.e. increasing the number of the sections of conventional low-pressure grouting in shallow strata, increasing the cast-in length of the grouting pipe at the bore hole top and then conducting comparative grouting tests. Test results show that the improved technology leads to a considerable decrease in cement consumption and project cost, and is favorable to the environmental protection, achieving satisfactory effects.
