摘要
基于 ERP的核心理念 ,结合目前国内外电力市场的形势 ,分析了传统火电厂信息化管理存在的问题 ,提出了火电厂实施 ERP的设计思想、功能结构 ,并且针对火电厂自身的特殊要求 ,提出了 EAM(设备资产管理 )思想在电厂 ERP系统中的应用 ,最后作者强调了火电厂实施 ERP应注意的问题。
based on the core concept of ERP,by considering the current condition in electrical power markets at home and abroad,the disadv antages of the traditional information management is analyzed,at the same time,t he application of ERP in thermal power plants is designed and the functional fra me is advanced.Besides,the idea of EAM is introduced into ERP because of the par ticularity in the production in thermal power plants.Finally,some problems that may appear in the process of ERP are warned.
