摘要
本文阐述了以固定化微生物(IGM)作载体,以沼气作为载体提升动力的气提式厌氧流化床(GL-AFB)处理高浓度有机废水的宏观动力学。考虑 IGM 液固传质,附着生物膜,内扩散及生化反应阻力等诸因素的影响,推导出其有机物降解的宏观动力学模型,并对模型参数进估算和模拟。结果表明,模型理论值和实测值吻合良好。文中就提高 GL-AFB 有机物降解效率的有效途径进一步作了探讨。
This paper describes the macrokinetics of treating high concentration organic wastewater by GL—AFB,in which IGM is used as a carrier and the methane is used as the lift power.Consid- ering the effects such as IGM mass transfer between liquid and solid,the stick biological film,the resistence of intraparticle diffusion and biological reaction,the macrokinetic model of organic sub- strates degradation is made,and the model parameters are caculated。The comparison of the cal- culated values with experimental data shows that the macrokinetic model is satisfactory.Finally, the effective metheds of developing efficiency of organic subtrates degradation by GL-AFB are discussed in detail。
