底药量的临床应用与计算

摘要 在临床治疗中,使体内血药浓度迅即达到所需要的稳定状态,以便迅即产生药效,就需采用一个底药剂量,亦称负荷量,其应用方法有两种:即一次负荷法与分次负荷法。文章就为何利用留存率来计算一次负荷量和在恒速静脉滴注时如何利用提高滴速来达到同一目的进行了讨论。为考虑个体反应差异保证用药安全,又就分次负荷法时行了分析讨论,并就两种负荷方法进行了比较,得出了安排合理,显效较快,安全性较好的负荷法——分次负荷法,予以提倡和推广应用。 In order to make the drug concentration rapidly reach steady state and quickly curative effects, a load dose must be adopted in the clinical treatment. Two methods are in use: once and divided times load methods. The composition has discussed how to calculate the count of the once load with the percentage of desposit ratio and how to reach the same aim with increasing injection speed in constant intravenous injection. For thinking about the individual variation so as to ensure the safety of taking drug, the once time load method also has been discussed. Compared with the once time load method, the divided times load method, which is believed to be arranged more reasonably and affect a body more quickly along with even more safety, should be advised and encouraged in application.
