摘要
宪政的核心理念是政府权力与公民权利的平衡。寻找政府权力与公民权利平衡点是宪政建设的任务,权利与权力从对抗到妥协必然产生一个公民社会,政府、公民、公民社会三者的良性关系维持了宪政的存在。
The core idea of constitutionalism is the balance of the power and the right.Seeking the right balance of the power and the right is the task of the constructionalism.It is inevitably that a citizen society will produce in right and power going to comprise from confrontation.With the well relation among the government,the citizen and the civil society,it is of great to constitutionalism.
