摘要
介绍了液压缸体的失效状况 ,通过对比采用扩镗方法修复缸体 ,并介绍了液压缸体扩镗的工艺过程 ,对其进行强度验算。结果表明 ,缸体扩镗后仍能满足强度要求 ,这对于降低原煤成本 。
The paper introduces the state of hydraulic cylinder voidance ,by contrast adoptting bore enlarge repair cylinder.Introduces the technical process of hydraulic support cylinder bore enlarge,and give checking strength for it.The result indicate,the cylinder which bored enlarge still satisfied the require of strength .It has very important significance of reducing the raw coal cost and improving the economic benefit of the enterprise.
