摘要
数十年来,中美技术贸易发展历程的总体趋势是在矛盾中前进。中美两国之间的技术贸易具有三大特点,即:美国对华技术贸易优势巨大、美国在我国技术进口对象国中稳居前列、美国对华技术出口比重与其技术大国的地位不相称,并对其成因进行了分析。为推动中美技术贸易朝着有利于我国、有利于实现“双赢”的方向发展,我国政府可以采取一些积极的经济措施。经过双方的努力,中美技术贸易一定会有一个更美好的未来。
In these decades, the overall trend of China and the United States' technological trade development course is advancing in the contradiction. The technological trade between China and the United States has three major characteristics, they are U.S.A. is enormous to China's technological trade advantage, U.S.A. technology import target steady to occupy front row, U.S.A. export to China technology proportion and its technology big country status unbecoming among the country in our country, and has analyzed its origin cause of formation. In order to promote China and the United States' technological trade to move along the road toward helping our country, helping to realize the direction of doing good to both sides, our government can take some positive economic measures. Through of both sides’ efforts, China and the United States technological trade will certainly have one bright future
