摘要
政治合作与政治冲突的互动关系研究是冲突政治学理论的重要组成部分 ,目前对它的研究还处于起步阶段。在对达尔有关思想的内在的逻辑、原理进行了较为系统的探讨的基础上 ,我们指出 ,政治信任是政治合作与政治冲突互动关系得以形成的前提和基础 ;合作与竞争相互支撑 ,在此基础上才会有选举制度、分权制度、政党制度这样一些多头政体的关键制度 ;多头政体有赖于一种把政治冲突视为合作秩序的一个因素并受到合作秩序限制的公民文化 ;妥协是冲突在受到合作的限制的情况下的正常而又令人想往的结果。
The research on interactive relationship between political cooperation and political conflict is an important part of conflict politics theory, the research on which is on a preliminary stage now. Based on a comprehensive discussion and research about Dahl’s thought, we point out that political trust is the precondition and basis for the formation of the interactive relationship between political cooperation and political conflict; Cooperation and competition support each other, based on which,we have some key systems, such as election system, powers’ separation system and parties system; Polyarchy depends on the civilian culture that takes political conflict as one factor of cooperation order and believes that political conflict should be restricted by cooperation order; Compromise is a normal and desirable result on the condition of cooperation’s restriction on conflict.
