摘要
报告了18例慢性下肢动脉缺血的诊断和治疗。其中动脉粥样硬化13例,大动脉炎3例,血栓2例.本组病人均进行动脉造影术。13例(15次)经皮经腔动脉成形术,2例行取栓术,1例行动脉内膜剥脱术,5例行人造血管旁路手术。本组17例随访3月～6a,痊愈14例,好转3例。
Eighteen patients with chronic lower-extremity ischemia were reported:13 cases with atherosclerosis,3 cases with arteritis(Takayasu's disease),and 2 cases with arterial em- bolism.All patients were diagnosed by angiography.13 cases(15 times)were treated by per- cutaneous transluminal angioplasty,2 cases by embolectomy,1 case by endarterectomy,and 5 cases by bypass graft.17 patients were followed up from 3 months to 6 years:14 cases were cured with disappearance of the symptoms and 3 cases showed improvement.We will discuss in detail the diagnosis and treatment of the chronic lower-extremity ischemia in the report.
