摘要 介绍了一种新型CMOS指纹图像传感芯片———FPS200的结构特点、性能及其工作原理,设计并实现了基于FPS200和微控制器的RS232串行接口指纹图像采集系统,具体说明了系统的硬件构成和运行流程。该系统具有自动指纹检测、功耗低、成本较低等优点。对系统采用不同的参数进行了实验,实验结果显示:该系统采集的指纹图像变形较小、清晰度较高。 The structure features,the performance and the operating principle of a new CMOS fingerprint image sensitive chip——FPS200 are introduced.The RS232-based fingerprint acquisition system which is made up of FPS200 and MCU (micro control unit) is designed and realized.The structure and the operational flow of the hardware for the system are described concretely.The system can automatically detect fingerprint,needs lower power and less costs.The system are experimented on by using the different parameters.The expereimental results show that the fingerprint images acquired from the proposed system are clearer and less distortion.
