摘要
目的:观察中药银屑病外洗方药浴联合窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)照射治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法:将80例静止期寻常型银屑病患者随机分为2组各40例。治疗组采用自拟银屑病外洗方(组成:徐长卿、蛇床子、苦参、花椒、败酱草、虎杖、马齿苋、丹参、苍术)药浴联合NB-UVB照射治疗;对照组单用NB-UVB照射治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组为95.0％,对照组为82.5％,2组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:银屑病外洗方药浴联合NB-UVB照射治疗寻常型银屑病疗效好,安全性高,副反应少。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Chinese herbal medicine bath and narrow - spectrum midwave ultraviolet irradiation. Methods: 80 cases of psoriasis vulgaris in resting stage were allocated to 2 groups randomly (each group 40 cases) . The treatment group was treated by Yinxiebing external bath formula (composed of Radix Cynanchi Paniculati, Fructus Cnidii, Radix Sophorae Flavescentis, Pericarpium Zanthoxyli, Herba Patriniae, Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati, Herba Portulacae, Radix Salviae Milti-orrhizae and Rhizoma Atractylodis) for medicinal bath and associated UV irradiation; the control group by UV irradiation alone. Results: The total effective rate was 95. 0% in treatment group and 82. 5% in control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: yinx-iebing external bath formula combined with UV irradiation possesses a good curative effect for psoriasis vulgaris with high safety and less side effect.
