摘要
目的 :观察自膨式镍钛合金支架治疗癌性大气道狭窄的疗效及安全性。方法 :2 6例癌性大气道狭窄患者均于纤维支气管镜直视下置入自膨式镍钛合金支架 ,观察其疗效及不良反应。结果 :2 6例患者均一次放置成功 ,呼吸困难症状及氧分压 (SpO2 )明显改善 ,大大提高了患者的生存质量 ,且均未出现严重并发症。结论 :自膨式镍钛合金支架治疗癌性大气道狭窄疗效显著且安全可靠 ,值得推广应用。
Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy and saf ety of Ni-Ti self-expanding metallic stents in the treatment of malignant main airway stenosis.Methods:26 patients with malignant main airway stenosis were tr eated with Ni-Ti self-expanding metallic stents through interventional broncho scopic procedures.The efficacy and side effects were evaluated.Results:This ther apy can improve dyspnea and SpO 2increase patients life quality,without severe side effect.Conclusion:Ni-Ti self-expanding metallic stents is a effective rel iable and safe therapy to malignant main airway stenosis.
