红麻刚刺性状遗传及其与产量品质性状的关联性研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文研究了个红麻品种茎基部中部梢部及叶柄上的刚刺性状的数量分布及纤维产量与品:22、、质性状方面的个数量性状的遗传变异根据刚刺性状的数量分布分析刚刺性状数量分布是叶柄多于茎10。,杆其中茎杆刚刺以基部分布最密叶柄刚刺以茎中部分布较多茎杆刚刺三个不同部位的遗传力在,;;86.1%-之间其相对遗传进度较高并有丰富的遗传变异系数在育种中可通过与少刺或无刺突变体回交和定92.4%,,,向轮回选择可以选育出少刺或无刺高产优质红麻新品种本研究对红麻产量与品质性状的相关及通径分,。析结果表明刚刺性状与多个性状呈负相关单株干皮重与皮厚茎粗株高单株鲜茎重呈显著正相关。 The thorn quantity distribution on the base,middle,top of the stem and petiole of 22 kenaf cultivars- as well as the genetic variation of 10 quantity traits on fibre yield and quality were studied.It was shown that the thorns on the petiole were more than that on the stem.The thorns on the base were the most on kenaf stem.The petiole thorns on the middle of kenaf stem were more than that on other parts.The thorn heritability of the three parts of kenaf stem was from 86.1% to 92.4%- and its genetic coefficient was wide. Fewer thorns or no throns cultivars could be used as backcross or recurrent selection parents to breed new elite kenaf cultivars that had fewer thorns or no thorns. The analysis of the relationship among thorn,fiber yield and quality traits showed that the thorn traits correlated negatively with other traits while the dry ribbon weight per plant correlated positively with the bark thickness- the stem thickness- plant height- and stem weight per plant.
