摘要
采用预处理-反渗透-离子交换混床相结合的处理工艺,是处理印制电路板生产废水并回用的有效方法。处理后的初级纯水、高纯水电导率分别低于150μS/cm和50μS/cm(25℃),可满足生产线用水水质要求。该处理工艺具有实用先进、安全可靠、运行稳定的特点,不仅可以节省大量水资源,解决企业用水难问题,而且可以节省成本,减轻环境污染。
It is treated and reused effectively with pretreatment,reverse osmosis and ion exchange combined method for printing circuit board wastewater. The conductivity of the treated water can be under 150μS/cm or 50μS/cm(25℃). The treated water can be reused in printing circuit board production. The treatment technology has many advantages, such as practical, advanced, reliable, stable,etc. It can not only save water resources, but also reduce cost and environmental pollution.
