摘要
利用非线性有限元分析软件MARC对帕萨特B5的车门密封条进行了仿真分析,并借助测试装 置对实际产品材料参数进行了准确测定,解决了该复杂结构的几何非线性、材料非线性和压缩过程边界非线性 的有限元分析难点,获得良好的定量分析结果。
A simulation analysis is made on the door seal of Passat B5 by the use of advanced nonlinear finite element software - MARC. Besides, with the help of a testing apparatus, the material parameters of actual products are correctly determined. They resolve the FGA difficulties of this complex structure, such as geometry nonlinearity, material nonlinearity and boundary nonlinearity during compressing process and obtain a favorable quantitative analysis result.
