摘要
采用激光表面熔覆技术研究了Ni基合金激光表面熔覆涂层制备工艺及拟连接表面显微组织特征 ,探讨了TiAl基合金 /Ni基合金的超塑扩散连接。研究结果表明 ,采用激光表面熔覆技术可在Ni基合金表层形成细小的由α2 和γ相组成的枝晶组织 ,其与γ -TiAl合金快速熔凝组织具有相同的组织特征。激光熔覆TiAl合金涂层改善了TiAl基合金与Ni基合金的连接效果 ,在连接温度 90 0℃、连接压力 60MPa和连接时间 1h条件下 ,即可实现TiAl基合金与Ni基合金的连接。
The preparation of cladding layer on Ni based alloy and the microstructure of the cladding layer were studied, and the SPF/DB of γ-TiAl based alloy and Ni based alloy was discussed. The results showed that the cladding layer contains α 2 and γ phase, its microstructure was similar to that of laser-surface-melted γ-TiAl alloy. The technique of laser surface cladding improved the bonding quality. The sound super plastic diffusion bonding between TiAl based alloy and Ni based alloy could be obtained in 1 hour and under the condition of 900 ℃ in bonding temperature and 60 MPa in bonding pressure.
