摘要
目的 了解综合医院的经营状况。方法 统计145所综合医院2003年的收支及诊疗情况,分析医院的服务效益。结果 145所综合医院平均每诊疗人次医疗费为97.21元、住院医疗费为3102.36元,病床使用率为62.60%。结论145所综合医院基本都做到了收支平衡,维持了消耗与补偿的动态平衡;而诊疗人次和病床使用率低于全国平均水平,应在工作效率上多下功夫。
O b j e c t i v e : understanding operating of hospital condition.Method: count revenue and expenditure for 145 2003 such as general hospital and make a diagnosis the situation, analyse the service benefit of the hospital.Result: 145 general hospitals make a diagnosis each time equally the medical fee of the person is 97. 21 yuan, the medical fee is 3102. 36 yuan in hospital., rate of utilization of sick bed is 62. 60%.Conclusion: 145 general hospital accomplish balance between revenue and expenditure basically , keep consume and dynamic equilibrium that compensate; And make a diagnosis the person and sick bed rate of utilization are lower than the average national level, should work hard on working efficiency .
