小麦抗锈基因分析方法 被引量:3

摘要 培育和利用抗病品种,是预防小麦锈病最重要、最经济有效的措施,在历史上曾获得很大的成功。由于对亲本的抗锈基因和病原物的毒性基因了解不够,常把相同的抗病基因引入不同的品种中,所育成的品种大面积推广后,导致小麦生产品种抗病基因遗传上的同质性。在一定的时间和空间上大面积连续种植相同抗源的品种,对病原物群体形成强大的选择压力,当产生能克服小麦抗锈基因的毒性小种后,新小种便得以良好的哺育而迅速发展,引起生产品种丧失抗锈性,造成病害的大流行。
