摘要
目的 :为海绵窦的影像诊断学及神经外科学提供解剖学依据。方法 :采用火棉胶包埋技术将标本制成连续切片 ,观察海绵窦内间隙、静脉及海绵窦外侧壁。结果 :海绵窦可分为前下、后上、内侧及外侧四个间隙 ,但海绵窦窦壁附近 ,尤其是外侧壁附近时而有静脉存在。海绵窦外侧壁可分为浅、深两层 ,动眼神经、滑车神经、眼神经和上颌神经穿行于深层中,77.28 %的标本两层之间存在静脉窦。结论 :海绵窦为一静脉通道 。
Objective: To provide anatomic evidences for diagnostic imageology and neurosurgery of the cavernous sinus (CS). Methods: 22 cadeveric skulls of adults were chosen and made into continuous slices by using the technique of celloidin embedding. The spaces, the lateral wall of the CS and veins in it were studied. Results: The CS consists of four spaces: the anterior inferior, posterior superior, internal and lateral spaces. Yet, there exist veins near the walls of the CS, especially the lateral wall. The lateral wall of the CS was divided into superficial and deep layers, nerves Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ1 and Ⅴ2 run through the deep layer. In 77.28% specimen, there exist venous sinus between the two layers. Conclusion: The CS is a venous channel and there exist veins near the walls of it.
