摘要
本文从社会主义市场经济体制的确立为林业科技工作带来机遇和挑战,讨论了如何增强林业科学研究活力,促使其高效率进入技术市场的若干原则性问题。认为必须针对林业经济大市场发展现状和当前限制林业科学研究高效益运行的因素,进行重大的思想转变和政策改革,才能保证林业科学技术工作向适应市场经济发展的需要转变。
In view of the opportunities and challenges made to sci--technical work by theinauguration of socialist market economy system, the paper dwells on some fundamentalproblems on how to enhance the vitality of scientific research so as to make it enter thetechnology market with high efficiency. The author believes that in view of the great devel-oping forest economy market and the constraints to highly efficient conducting of forest sci-technical researches, great ideological changes and corresponding policy reform must be e-ffected so as to make the forest sci--technical work meet the demand of the development ofa forest economy market. The core of the problem is to enhance the vitality to the forestenterprises as the buyer on the forest technology market, to renovate the forest sci--technic-al policies, and to read just the structure of sci--technical research system, so that they grad-ually enter the technology market with a concerted effort.
