固相萃取技术是一种发展的较快的样品预处理技术,在传统技术基础上,出现了微粒填料薄膜以及固相微萃取技术。本文综述了近几年来固相萃取技术在体内药物分析中的应用与进展。
Solid-phase extraction is a type of technique of sample's pretreatment,and it develops quickly.The technique adopts particulate loading membrane and solid-phase minute extraction based on traditional technique.The article describes the application and development of solid-phase extraction in vivo drug analysis.
