摘要
本文建立了测定人血清白蛋白中铝的有效方法。样品用0.5硝酸直接稀释后使用标准加入法测定铝含量。应用两步灰化法有效的降低了有机物引起的干扰而且容许高达1500℃的灰化温度亦不会造成铝的丢失。同一样品使用标准曲线法和牛血清参考物(wbs)的分析确认了该法的可靠性。
A valid method for analyzing the aluminium in human serum albumin (HSA) is developed. By using standard addition method after diluting the sample with 0.5%HNO3 directly, the aluminium in HSA was measured, using pyrolytically coated transverse heating graphite tube with platform equipped in TAS-990 atomic absorption spectrophotometer that is produced by Beijing Purkinje general instrument Co., Ltd. Two ashing stages in the heating program was proved to be effective in eliminating the interferences aroused by the organic compounds and the aluminium will not losing when ashing temperature is up to 1500℃. This method was ensured by analyzing the sample with calibration curve and by analyzing the aluminium in bovine serum reference material (GBW0912).
