摘要
当前我国教育的改革和发展正处在一个新的历史时期.运用现代教育技术、优化学习过程、促进素质教育实施,成为深化教改、发展21世纪教育的必要任务,构建新型教学模式是实现这一主题和任务的基本举措.要实现这一举措,必须把教育观念的更新和当代教学技术的进步紧密的结合起来.
Today, the reformation and development of the education in our country located in a new time. The basic assignments of deepening of educational innovating and 21th century educational dvelopment are the using of modern educational technology, optimizing the process of study, carrying the diathesis education into execution.
