摘要
电话是国际商务交流信息进行联络的良好媒介.在电话交流中,双方只能靠语言来表达,靠语言使交流双方彼此理解.本文借助于会话分析中的话轮转换规律,从话轮的转换、话轮的形式、话轮转换过程与交际策略三方面探讨涉外商务电话会话的交际规律.本文的研究有助于交流双方正确使用电话言语进行交流,良好的交流方式既可让对方感到满意,又可以提高工作效率.
The telephone is a key vehicle in international business communication in modern society. Both of the caller and the receiver may understand each other only by verbal communication. On the basis of the rule of turn-taking, which is of importance for conversation analysis, this paper explores the rules and strategies of turning-taking in business telephone conversation in terms of turning-taking, its forms, its procedures and communicative skill as well. This research can benefit both of the caller and the receiver to apply the turning-taking in their business conversation, which may not only satisfy the other end of the line but also promote the efficiency of the business.
