摘要
目的 :观察早期乳腺癌保乳手术的治疗效果。方法 :分析 1997～ 2 0 0 3年临床 0～Ⅱa期女性乳腺癌患者中 87例行保乳手术的疗效。采用肿瘤局部扩大切除或象限切除 ,腋淋巴结清扫 ,术后辅以放疗、化疗或内分泌治疗。残留腺体作阶梯状对缝 ,以保证乳晕部的隆起 ,结果 :保乳手术后乳房外形总满意率为 93.6 % ,无伤口感染 ,无皮瓣坏死、皮下积液。随访结果局部复发率 1.15 % ,无远处转移 ,无死亡病例。结论 :保乳手术创伤小、并发症少、恢复快、形体改变小 ,疗效满意 ,病人心理状态良好 ,生存质量较高。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effe ct of breast conservation therapy on patients with early-stage breast cancer. Methods: 1997～2003, 87 evaluative women with clinical Stage Ⅰ and Stage Ⅱbreast cancer were underwent breast conservation therapy. Breast con servation therapy consists of surgical removal of a breast nodule or a quarter o f the breast and the axillary lymph nodes followed by radiation therapy, medical therapy or endocrine therapy. The remained nodules were sewed up into ladder-l ike shape.Results: The contentment rate of breast form after breast conser vation therapy was 93.6% with no wound infection or flap necrosis.The local recu rrence rate was 1.15% as yet and with no metastasis or dead. Conclusion:Breast conservation treatment is an appropriate metho d of primary therapy for the majority of women with Stages I and II breast cance r.The patients who were conducted breast conservation therapy had less trauma an d less complications. Their life quality was rather better with comparatively sl ighter form change and good psychology.
