摘要 在雷达定位、无损探伤、航空航天和电力系统故障监测及行波保护等领域需要使用采样频率为100MHz甚至更高的高速数据采集系统,而且要求该系统能对采集到的数据进行实时处理。目前国内成熟的数据采集系统产品的采样频率最高为30MHz,而且一般不能对所采集的数据作实时处理。为此,设计了基于PCI总线、使用工控机进行数据传输的嵌入式高速数据采集系统,该系统用闪烁A/D转换芯片进行模数转换、以高速大容量先进先出(FIFO)方式缓存数据、以数字信号处理器(DSP)进行数据实时处理,实现了频率为100MHz的高速数据采集和实时处理。 In the fields of radar location, non-destructive testing (NDT), aviation and space-flight, power system fault monitoring and protective relaying based on traveling waves, the high speed data acquisition system with 100MHz and higher sampling frequency is required, and this system should possess the ability of processing the acquired data in real-time way. At present the highest sampling frequency of ripe domestic data acquisition products is only 30MHz, and in general these products cannot process the acquired data in real-time way. To meet this need, a embedding PCI bus based high speed data acquisition system using industrial control unit (ICU) is designed and implemented, in which the analogue-digital conversion of signal is realized by flash A/D converter chip, the high speed and huge-capacity first-in-first-out mode is applied to buffer storage of the data, the real-time data processing is implemented by digital signal processor (DSP), thereby the high speed data acquisition and real-time process with sampling frequency of 100MHz is realized.
