摘要
采用无压渗透法制备碳化硅颗粒增强铝基复合材料,探讨了基体材料、增强相尺寸、增强相体积分数、热处理工艺等对其微屈服行为的影响。结果表明:在其它条件不变的情况下,随着增强体颗粒尺寸的减小、增强体体积分数的增大,复合材料的微屈服抗力逐渐增大,有较好的微屈服行为。通过选择适当的基体材料、合理的热处理工艺来提高基体强度,可使复合材料的微屈服抗力增大。
SiC_p Al-matrix composites reinforced was made with the method of pressureless infiltration in air.The effect of matrix,volume and dimension of reinforced particulate and heat treatment processes on microyielding behavior of the composites was studied. The results show that, Without changing of other conditions, the less reinforced particles and the more volume is,the more microyielding strength and the better microyielding behavior is. To choose proper matrix and heat treatment can heighten strength of matrix and increase microyield resistance of the composites.
