从图书馆适应环境变化和自身发展需要两个角度论述了建立学习型图书馆的必要性 ,提出了学习型图书馆应该是供全体社会成员共享的一个学习型机构 ,同时它本身也应是一个学习型组织 ,并从理论、组织、技术三个方面提出了创建学习型图书馆的措施。
It is important to establish the studying type library according to the environment change and self-development of the library. The studying type library should be a studying type organization for all social readers to share.
