摘要
采用Sol-gel法制备ZrO_2/钙铝硅系微晶玻璃复合材料,通过差热分析、X射线衍射和扫描电镜等测试手段对其显微结构及各项性能进行探讨。研究结果表明:所制得的复合微晶玻璃主晶相为t-ZrO_2和β-CaSiO_3,抗折强度为132.53MPa,适用于制备高强度牙科材料。
In this paper ZrO2/ CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 system glass-ceramic composite material was made by Sol-gel. Through DTA, XRD and SEM, the microstructure and characters of the material had been researched. The main crystallites in the composite material were t-ZrO2 and β-CaSiO3, breaking strengthen was 132.53MPa. And it could be used to produce high strength dentistry material.
