摘要
针对翻转犁液压式翻转机构的不同形式 ,设计了一种限深轮自动翻转机构。阐述了该机构的组成和工作原理 ,并应用牛顿欧拉方法建立了限深轮的三维动力学模型。在三维回转部件动态测定仪上试验 ,证明该机构设计合理、工作稳定可靠。
Based on the analysis of hydraulic turnover mechanism of reversible plow, a new automatic turnover mechanism was designed to adopt only one depth wheel to regulate and control two sets of plow bottom's depth of cultivation. The structure and working principle of this mechanism were introduced and a 3-D dynamic model of depth wheel was established based on the Newton-Euler equation. The experiment was carried out on the 3-D dynamic measuring instrument. The results show that the design of this mechanism is reasonable and reliable.
