摘要
针对某些塑料薄膜凹版彩色印刷机的特点,研制了模糊寻址自动跟踪彩色套印控制装置。解决了整机单薄引起的振动、版辊相对滑动引起的地址偏移和压辊长度不够引起的边沿褶皱对检测信号的影响。软件算法上,采用模糊寻址、自动跟踪方式,避免了利用波门精确寻址需要的显示设备,降低了对设备改造的成本。
Aimed at features of some plastic thin film color intagilo-printing machine;the fuxxiness addressing and auto track color overprint control system is studied.The affects to detect the signals of marks are decreased,which caused by the problems of vibration of the intaglio-printing machine because its weak structure,the address offset by the relatively minuteness slide between the forme and drive wheel,and by the edge folding of the thin film where the marks are printed.The CRT or oscillograph to display the waveform of mark signals is not needed because the software adopted fuzziness addressing and auto track algorithm,so the cost of equipment improvement is reduced.
