摘要
目的 探讨三氧化二砷 (As2 O3 )对大鼠肝癌肝移植后肿瘤复发的预防作用。方法 选用雄性Wistar大鼠以质量分数为 0 .0 5 % 2 乙酰氨基芴的颗粒饲料饲喂 12周 ,第 2 1周剖腹取肝脏结节进行组织学检查确认建立大鼠原发性肝癌模型 ,按不同的组别进行原位肝移植。结果 A组大鼠术后平均生存 (19.83± 2 .89)d。B组大鼠术后平均生存 (75 .40± 5 .76)d。C组大鼠术后平均生存 (88.0 0± 5 .60 )d。B组大鼠术后生存时间和A组大鼠术后生存时间比较 ,差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,C组大鼠术后生存时间和实验B组大鼠术后生存时间比较 ,差异有统计学意义(P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 大鼠原位肝移植对大鼠原发性肝癌具有治疗作用。As2 O3 对大鼠肝癌肝移植后减少肿瘤复发具有一定的预防作用。
Objective To investigate the prevention of tumor recurrence with arsenic trioxide after orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT) for primary carcinoma of the liver in rats.Methods The male Wistar rats were fed with feedstuff containing 0.05 % 2-acetaminofluorene for 12 weeks.In the 21st week the hepatic tubercle was excised to be examined by histological method to confirm the successful establishment of primary carcinoma of the liver in rats.The orthotopic liver transplantation was performed in different groups.Results The postoperative survival time in groups A,B and C was 19.83± 2.89, 75.40± 5.76 and 88.00± 5.60 days respectively.There was very significant difference in the survival time between group A and group B (P<0.001),and between group C and group B (P<0.001).Conclusion The orthotopic liver transplantation can cure the primary carcinoma of the liver in rats.Arsenic trioxide can prevent the tumor recurrence after liver transplantation in rat of liver cancer.
