摘要
简述了电涡流缓速器的工作原理和影响制动转矩的因素, 并据此设计了一种能评价电涡流缓速器性能的试验台架。采用该台架可以评定车速、励磁电流及转子温度与电涡流缓速器制动转矩的关系。此外, 在该台架中, 设计的飞轮系统能大致模拟质量在 2000-32000kg范围内的汽车运行情况, 模拟范围广, 几乎囊括了我国现有的从载重汽车到大客车的所有车型, 可以测定电涡流缓速器在不同汽车上的工作情况, 大大提高了应用范围和检测效率。
The working principle of the electromagnetic eddy current retarder and the factors effect its performance were discussed,a test bed was designed,which can inspect the electromagnetic eddy current retarder’s performance,can evaluate the connection of car speed,excitation current,rotor temperature and brake torsion.Besides,a series of flywheels were designed which can randomly combine and simulate the running state of the automobiles whose approximately quality range from 2000 to 32000kg,its simulation range is very widely,almost including from camion to motor coach.The test-bed can evaluate the electromagnetic eddy current retarder’s performance on different vehicles,so it expand application range and heighten testing efficiency.
