摘要
为提高电液位置控制系统的控制精度, 改善系统的动态性能, 建立了参数的最优控制指标, 优化后得到最优参数, 利用最优参数建立电液位置控制系统最优传递函数, 对原系统进行优化, 应用数值仿真方法, 并对优化前后系统的动态性能进行了对比分析。仿真结果表明, 优化后系统的超调量和响应时间大幅减小, 系统的动态性能得到改善。
The optimal control objective was deduced so as to enhance the precision and improve dynamic characteristic of electro hydraulic position servo system.An optimal parameter group was obtained through minimization,by which the optimal transmit function of electro hydraulic position servo system was deduced.Then the optimal control of electro hydraulic position servo system was obtained.The contrasted analysis on the dynamic characteristic of electro hydraulic position servo system before and after optimum was obtained through numerical emaciation.The analysis result shows that optimal control can decrease the surpass capacity of the system and improve its respond.
