摘要
本文探讨了逆向供应链的概念,分析了逆向供应链的价值及挖掘价值的手段,指出逆向供应链的价值挖掘须通过闭环供应链的科学管理来实现。
The paper discusses the connotation of reverse supply chain, the value and the methods of value obtaining are analized. The conlusion is that the value of reverse supply chain can be obtained by the sientific management of closed-loop supply chain.
