摘要
中小企业在发展经济、创造就业岗位及保持社会稳定等方面具有大型企业无法替代的作用。因此,应按产业政策的基本要求管理中小企业,拓宽中小企业的融资渠道,加快建立中小企业社会化服务体系,推动分工协作关系,维护中小企业利益,努力改善中小企业发展的内外部环境,并为中小企业提供必要的政策支持。
The medium-and-small-sized enterprises is more important in developing economy,creating jobs and making the society stable than the big ones.Therefore,the management to them should be based on the industry policies,the financial channel for them should be enlarged,the social service system should be set up quickly,the relationship of cooperation based on division of labour should be push forward,the benefit of theirs should be defended,the interior and exterior environment of theirs should be improved and some policy supports should be given to them.
