摘要
为探讨治疗骨髓炎的新型药物释放系统 ,将鱼腥草注射液与聚乙烯醇通过一系列工艺制成鱼腥草注射液—聚乙烯醇凝胶。将兔右后肢胫骨行局部穿刺封闭制造骨髓炎模型后 ,分成鱼腥草注射液 聚乙烯醇凝胶治疗组 (A组 )、庆大霉素治疗组 (B组 )与鱼腥草注射液治疗组 (C组 )。从局部症状及体征 ,体重、血象及术后X线片变化 ,标本骨培养、细菌计数及病理切片进行比较 ,结果A组的局部症状较B、C组明显减轻 ;3组白细胞均升高 ,升高的次序依次为A组 <B组 <C组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;X线片Laurence评分依次为A组 <B组 <C组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;A、B组动物体重略增加 ,而C组动物毛发稀疏 ,体重反而下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;骨培养显示A组的阴性率明显高于B、C组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;细菌计数显示A组细菌计数明显低于B、C组 (P <0 .0 5 )。病理切片显示骨髓腔内炎性细胞数量和骨膜反应程度依次为A组 <B组 <C组。表明鱼腥草注射液—聚乙烯醇凝胶对骨髓炎的防治效果较单纯庆大霉素及鱼腥草注射液优越。鱼腥草注射液—聚乙烯醇凝胶对骨髓炎的防治效果显著。
In order to explore a new drug-releasing system for treating osteomyelitis, houttuynia injection and polyvinyl alcohol were made into houttuynia-injection-polyvinyl-alcohol gels (HIPAG), rabbit models of osteomyelitis were made by local puncture and blockade on the right hind limbs and divided into groups A, B and C, which were treated by HIPAG, by Gentamicin and by houttuynia injection, respectively; the local symptoms and signs of the three groups were compared. The results showed: the sequence of WBC increase of the three groups: Group A < Group B < Group C (P < 0.05); the sequence of Laurence X rays scores: Group A < Group B < Group C (P < 0.05); a slight body-weight increase in Groups A and B, but a body-weight decrease in Group C (P < 0.05); a negative rate of Group A significantly higher than that of Groups B and C in the bone culture (P < 0.05); bacterium counting of Group A significantly lower than that of Groups B and C; the sequence of inflammatory cell number and periosteum reaction severity: Group A < Group B < Group C (P < 0.05), suggesting that HIPAG had an obvious advantage over Gentamicin and houttuynia injection in the prevention and treatment of osteomyelitis.
