摘要
目的研究复合矫治弓丝矫治个别牙齿错位时矫治力的作用变化规律。方法Solidworks建立模型,结合复合矫治弓丝临床应用状态,应用ANSYS对三种错位牙齿模型进行模拟受力计算。结果复合矫治弓丝对错位牙齿的施力要小于单纯应用不锈钢丝的施力,复合矫治弓丝对错位牙的施力大小与TiNi形状记忆合金段的直径成正相关,与其长度成负相关。结论掌握复合矫治弓丝对错位牙齿的作用变化规律,对于临床应用具有指导意义。
Objective To investigate the role of orthodontic force of the composite archwire on an individual malocclusion tooth. Methods The Solid Works model was established for analyzing the clinical application of the composite archwire. The orthodontic force was calculated for the individual tooth with three different types of malocclusion using the ANSYS software. Results The load - deflection of composite archwire was less than stainless steel archwire. The orthodontic force was positively correlated with the cross section of TiNi shape memory alloy segment and negatively correlated with its length. Conclusion Understanding the role of composite archwire on treatment of individual malocclusion tooth help in the understanding of its clinical applications.
