就淋巴外科而言,淋巴系统的疾病主要有因寄生虫、炎症、创伤或先天性发育不良所致的淋巴循环障碍而引起的淋巴水肿、乳糜外溢等以及淋巴系统肿瘤或其他系统癌肿淋巴转移。与其他系统相比,我们对淋巴系统的生理和病理学的认识相对落后。因此。
