摘要
当前医疗大环境的改变,社会评价的影响及病人的维权、自我保护意识等使临床教学工作发生了很大变化。需要我们采取相应的变革,注重病历的书写,基本功的培训,语言能力的指导和改变查房的方式,以完成培养新一代合格医生的任务。
Owing to the transformation of the situation of medical practice, the influence of social assessment and patients' awareness of defending their privilege, self-protection,we have already made great contributions to the changes that have taken place in clinical teaching work. Consequently, we inevitably have to adopt innovation in accordance with the present situation, for instance, paying more attention to the writing of medical record, the training of basic knowledge and techniques, and the guidance of verbal ability and improving the mode of ward around, in order to fulfill the subject of cultivating qualified physicians for the future.
