用同一组47例泡球蚴患者和115例对照血清比较研究了人、沙鼠和小鼠泡球蚴抗原的诊断价值。人、沙鼠和小鼠泡球蚴抗原的阳性率各为97.8％、100％和97.8％,三者无显著差异(P>0.05)。三者的假阳性率也无显著差异(P>0.05)。用沙鼠泡球蚴抗原检测时,95.74％病例的消光值在0.70以上,非常显著地高于人(48.94％)和小鼠(57.45％)抗原,P均<0.01。在1:1600以上抗体滴度组中,沙鼠泡球蚴抗原检出74.47％病例,非常显著地高于人(6.38％)和小鼠(29.79％)泡球蚴抗原(P均<0.01)。以滴度几何均数计,沙鼠泡球蚴抗原检测最高为1:1209,是小鼠泡球蚴检测的2.89倍和人泡球蚴抗原检测的3.32倍。说明在诊断人体泡球蚴病时宜用沙鼠泡球蚴抗原。以SDS-PAGE分离的人、沙鼠和小鼠泡球蚴抗原的蛋白质带数各为23、36和15。讨论了蛋白质带数与泡球蚴病诊断的关系。
The diagnostic value of the antigens from human, gerbil, and mice alveolar hydatid was compared with the same group of sera from 47 patients with alveolar echinococcosis and 115 control. The sensitivity of the human, gerbil and mice alveolar hydatid antigen was 97. 8%, 100% and 97.8% respectively. There was no significant difference among them (P>0.05). With gerbil' s antigen, 95.74% of alveococcosis patients had the optical density (OD) value over 0. 70 which was significantly higher than that with human (48.94%) or mice(57.45% ) antigens (P<0. 01). 74.47% of alveococcosis patients had the antibody titer over 1:1600 with the gerbil alveolar hydatid antigen which was also significantly higher than that with the human(6.38%) or mice(29.79%) antigens (P<0. 01). The geometric mean titre (GMT) of antibody of the gerbil alveolar hydatid antigen was 2.89 times than that of mice and 3. 32 times of human. It is suggested that gerbil alveolar hydatid antigen is more appropriate to be used in the diagnosis of alveolar hydatidosis. The protein of the alveolar hydatid from gerbil, human and mice was separated on SDS- PAGE. The separation revealed 36, 23 and 15 bands respectively. The relation between the bands and immunodiagnosis was discussed.
