摘要
在分析杭州市人才战略的宏观背景、杭州市人才工作现状的基础上,比较系统地论述了杭州市"构筑大都市,建设新天堂"的人才战略:育人战略、引智战略、人才市场发展战略、创业环境营造战略。
By studying the macro-background of talent strategy of Hangzhou and its present situation of talent work, this paper systematically discusses Hangzhou's talent strategy of 'metropolis construction and new paradise building-up': strategy of educating people, strategy of attracting people, strategy of developing talent market and strategy of establishing favorable environment for starting an undertaking.
