摘要 目的 研究苯的两种代谢产物氢醌、1,2 ,4-苯三酚对人外周淋巴细胞的DNA损伤。 方法 用不同浓度的氢醌、1,2 ,4-苯三酚与联合对人外周淋巴细胞染毒 1h ,观察其对DNA损伤程度。 结果 氢醌、1,2 ,4-苯三酚单独染毒与联合染毒时 ,彗星尾长、尾矩、尾部DNA含量 %、矩迁移比 (RM )与惯量迁移比 (RI)各指标存在明显的剂量 -效应关系 ,但联合染毒与两种代谢物单独染毒之间比较 ,呈显著性增高 ,表明这两种代谢物之间存在协同作用。 结论 氢醌、1,2 ,4-苯三酚可致人外周淋巴细胞DNA损伤 ,两者之间存在协同作用。 Objective To study the effects of hydroquinone(HQ) and 1,2,4-benzentriol(BT) on DNA damage in human peripheral lymphocyte. Methods Effect of HQ and BT on DNA damage were studied by SCGE assay whose indices included tail length, tail moment, tail DNA %, ratio of moment move (RM), ratio of inertia move(RI). Results TL ,TM,tail DNA content % , RM, and RI were all compared between treated group and control. It showed significant difference either with control or between various doses in HQ, BT and HQ+BT. But there were significant difference between single treated group and joint treated group, it showed serious damage in joint group. Conclusion It suggested BT and HQ could induce DNA damage on human peripheral lymphocyte, BT and HQ would have synergetic effect .
