摘要
论述了新闻线人出现的必然性和必要性,分析了新闻线人人身、财产权益缺失的现状和原因,并提出了保护新闻线人的看法。
This paper mainly discusses the systematic protection for the news informant.The certainty and the necessity of the appearance of the news informant are discussed.The current situations and the reasons for their lackness of personal rights and property rights are finally put forward with the aim of protection news informants.
